Hồng cầu niệu (RBC): Tăng trong viêm, sỏi, chấn thương, ung thư

Bạch cầu niệu (WBC): Tăng trong nhiễm trùng tiết niệu

Tế bào biểu mô: Tăng trong viêm nhiễm hoặc nhiễm tạp

Trụ niệu: Có thể thấy trong viêm thận, tổn thương ống thận
