Xét nghiệm anti-Cardiolipin IgG giúp phát hiện kháng thể liên quan đến hội chứng kháng phospholipid (APS), đánh giá nguy cơ huyết khối hoặc biến chứng thai kỳ. Kết quả xét nghiệm hỗ trợ trong việc đánh giá nguy cơ và điều chỉnh phương pháp điều trị thích hợp, đặc biệt trong các trường hợp bệnh tự miễn hoặc nguy cơ đột quỵ, nhồi máu.

Khoảng giá trị tham chiếu của Anti-Cardiolipin IgG(GPL-U/mL):
< 10 GPL-U/mL: Âm tính, bình thường
10-40 GPL-U/mL: Dương tính thấp
> 40 GPL-U/mL: Dương tính cao, nguy cơ cao mắc APS

Kết quả bất thường:
Anti-Cardiolipin IgG dương tính cao (> 40 GPL-U/mL): Nguy cơ cao mắc Hội chứng kháng phospholipid(APS), đặc biệt nếu có tiền sử huyết khối hoặc Biến chứng sau phẫu thuật – chấn thương – thai kỳ.

Anti-Cardiolipin IgG dương tính thấp (10-40 GPL-U/mL): Có thể gặp ở Bệnh tự miễn như Lupus, nhưng cần theo dõi thêm bằng các xét nghiệm khác.

Xét nghiệm âm tính (< 10 GPL-U/mL): Không có nguy cơ APS, nhưng nếu nghi ngờ lâm sàng cao, có thể cần kiểm tra lại sau 12 tuần.

- Người có tiền sử huyết khối không rõ nguyên nhân (thuyên tắc phổi, huyết khối tĩnh mạch sâu, đột quỵ sớm).

- Không cần nhịn ăn trước xét nghiệm. - Ngừng thuốc chống đông (nếu có thể) theo hướng dẫn của bác sĩ, vì một số thuốc có thể ảnh hưởng kết quả. - Nếu đang mắc nhiễm trùng cấp, có thể trì hoãn xét nghiệm vì nhiễm trùng có thể làm tăng giả tạo kháng thể.

After sampling

- Nếu kết quả dương tính, có thể cần xét nghiệm lại sau 12 tuần để xác nhận. - Nếu có nguy cơ huyết khối hoặc Biến chứng sau phẫu thuật – chấn thương – thai kỳ, bác sĩ sẽ tư vấn về điều trị dự phòng, bao gồm Aspirin, Heparin liều thấp.
