Xét nghiệm anti-Cardiolipin IgM giúp phát hiện kháng thể liên quan đến hội chứng kháng phospholipid (APS), hỗ trợ đánh giá nguy cơ huyết khối hoặc sảy thai tái diễn và các biến chứng tim mạch.

Kết quả bất thường:
Anti-Cardiolipin IgM dương tính cao (> 40 MPL-U/mL): Nguy cơ cao mắc Hội chứng kháng phospholipid(APS), đặc biệt nếu có tiền sử huyết khối hoặc Biến chứng sau phẫu thuật – chấn thương – thai kỳ.

Anti-Cardiolipin IgM dương tính thấp (10-40 MPL-U/mL): Có thể liên quan đến Lupus ban đỏ hệ thống (SLE) hoặc rối loạn miễn dịch khác.

Xét nghiệm âm tính (< 10 MPL-U/mL): Không có nguy cơ APS. Nếu nghi ngờ lâm sàng cao, có thể cần kiểm tra lại sau 12 tuần.

Lưu ý:
Chẩn đoán APS cần xét nghiệm dương tính ít nhất 2 lần cách nhau ≥ 12 tuần.
Nếu chỉ số tăng thoáng qua, có thể do nhiễm trùng, thuốc hoặc bệnh lý viêm cấp.

- Người có tiền sử huyết khối không rõ nguyên nhân (thuyên tắc phổi, huyết khối tĩnh mạch sâu, đột quỵ sớm).
- Phụ nữ sảy thai nhiều lần, thai lưu không rõ nguyên nhân.
- Người được chẩn đoán hoặc nghi ngờ mắc Hội chứng kháng phospholipid(APS).
- Người mắc Lupus ban đỏ hệ thống (SLE) hoặc bệnh tự miễn khác có nguy cơ cao mắc APS.
- Người có giảm tiểu cầu không rõ nguyên nhân liên quan đến rối loạn miễn dịch.

- Không cần nhịn ăn. - Cần thông báo với bác sĩ về các thuốc đang sử dụng, đặc biệt là thuốc chống đông, thuốc ức chế miễn dịch. - Tránh làm xét nghiệm khi đang mắc nhiễm trùng cấp vì có thể làm tăng giả tạo kháng thể.

After sampling

- Nếu kết quả dương tính, bác sĩ có thể chỉ định xét nghiệm lại sau 12 tuần để xác nhận. - Nếu có nguy cơ huyết khối hoặc Biến chứng sau phẫu thuật – chấn thương – thai kỳ, bác sĩ sẽ tư vấn điều trị dự phòng bằng Aspirin, Heparin liều thấp.
