Giá trị bình thường
Yếu tố VIII:C: 50-150% (hoạt tính).
Yếu tố IX: 50-150%.
Yếu tố XI: 70-150%.

Giảm yếu tố VIII, IX, XI:
Hemophilia A (giảm VIII), Hemophilia B (giảm IX), Hemophilia C (giảm XI).
Rối loạn đông máu mắc phải do kháng thể chống yếu tố VIII.
Bệnh gan nặng, DIC (tiêu thụ yếu tố đông máu).
Suy dinh dưỡng nặng, hội chứng kém hấp thu (thiếu vitamin K ảnh hưởng đến yếu tố IX).

Mức độ mắc Hemophilia
5-40%: Hemophilia mức độ nhẹ
1-5%: Hemophilia mức độ trung bình

Kết quả bất thường:
- Giảm nhẹ (40-50%): Ít biểu hiện, có thể phát hiện khi xét nghiệm.

- Tăng yếu tố XI: Ít gặp, có thể thấy ở hội chứng tăng đông máu.

- Người có tiền sử chảy máu kéo dài, bầm tím không rõ nguyên nhân.
- Người nghi ngờ mắc Hemophilia A, B, C.
- Người có tiền sử gia đình mắc rối loạn đông máu di truyền.
- Người bị xuất huyết sau phẫu thuật, sau chấn thương mà không rõ nguyên nhân.
- Người mắc bệnh gan hoặc rối loạn đông máu liên quan đến gan.
- Người đang điều trị thuốc chống đông, đặc biệt là Heparin hoặc Warfarin.
